For those who are staying at the Delta Ocean Pointe Hotel - there will be a FREE SHUTTLE to take you to the Songhees Wellness Centre and back again.  It is a school bus - and it will pick up at 7:45am each morning to take you to the conference centre. (Breakfast is provided at Songhees Wellness Centre).  Please note that there is ONLY ONE bus...so if you miss it - you will need to either drive yourself or take a cab.

The bus will return to the hotel at 4:30 on the first day and 1:00pm on the second day.
